Promoting market-based vocational education to develop employability is imperative for a stable ecosystem of industry and labor market. Our interventions are built on the basis of strong private sector partnerships and understanding of supply-demand in the market. We have experience in building and managing training centers for rural youth leading to employment or entrepreneurship; developing and rolling-out top-up modules for green skills among craftsmen in facility management, electronic device manufacturing, cattle custodians and energy technicians; and delivering technical assistance to national agencies for preparing and rolling out master plans.
