Social Protection
Empowering marginalized and vulnerable groups through capacity building and poverty reduction interventions is at the heart of ASSIST’s work. We advocate social protection by emphasizing systems and programs that reduce inequality and social exclusion, for sustainable and inclusive growth. We implement system-level interventions for example, in educating and capacitating various components of judicial systems to deliver rights-based and gender-sensitive services with respect to Violence Against Women cases.
