The two sessions on Responsibility Hygiene Management for project HEALTHY was held on August 20-23, 2013 while the Project PROSPECT’s the Best Practice Exchange Forum in Energy Management System ISO 50001:2011 was on August 28, 2013, both events held in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
HEALTHY (Training Professionals to Improve Community Health) is a Public-Private Partnership project jointly implemented by Metro Cash & Carry and ASSIST. PROSPECT (Promote Sustainable Program of Energy Consumption through Energy Management System) is a Public-Private Partnership project co-financed by DEG and TUV Nord and implemented by ASSIST and TUV Nord.
The Best Practice Exchange Forum in Energy Management invited 31 guests & speakers to share their knowledge & experiences in implementing, consulting & certifying energy management system ISO 50001:2011. On the other hand, the Responsibility Hygiene Management invited 67 customers who are from the HORECA (Hotel, restaurants & catering industry) and educated them on various aspects of managing food products, food safety & hygiene, including facilities like kitchen & toilet.
