The trainings were conducted to build the capacity of the trainer group to train the public on hygiene best practices through the mobile demo-facility. There were 17 demo staff who participated for the first batch and 13 Metro staff on the second batch. Nguyen Thanh Vu was the trainer for both workshops. ASSIST was represented by Nguyen Thanh Tu and METRO by Dominik Goerts.

The Road Show was organized to educate the Metro HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) customers on hygiene best practices through demonstration of the Kitchen facility and it will be performed for 2 weeks in other Metro stores across Vietnam. To start the launching, Philippe Bacac introduced the HEALTHY project and its purpose and benefits to the customers followed by the demonstration of the best practice in food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and toilet facilities performed by the hosts.

The Food Safety 101 event is aimed to build up and improve the food safety knowledge on meat products for the employees of Metro. 30-32 Metro employees who are product employees and sales in-store were the participants of the workshop. They will be trained not just to improve food safety knowledge on specific products in sell promotion but also to enhance their awareness on food safety for customers.
