Each country representative shared the status of Fairtrade in their market, marketing activities in 2013 and also future plan. ASSIST’s Group COO, Arnel Go, was the one who presented the Project Fairtrade in the Philippines.
Fair trade is another approach to conventional trade based on collaboration between producers and traders, businesses and consumers. The international Fairtrade system consists of Fairtrade International and its member organizations. It represents the world’s largest and most recognized fair trade system.
