ASSIST Social Actions Team holds their very first ECOSWAP joined by ASSIST and ECCI members at the Manila office on September 20, 2013.
ECOSWAP is one of the Social Initiatives powered by ASSIST. It is a swapping event which boosts reuse of goods. Each participant is asked to bring items he/she is “proud to pass on” but no longer wants or needs, in exchange for a different item brought by another participant. The dropping-off of items started on September 16 and ended on September 20 as the actual swapping event take place.
ECOSWAP promotes sustainable lifestyle through responsible consumption of clothes, accessories, books and other functional items.
