ASSIST and PUMA organized an Energy Management Training at the Good International Hotel in Guangzhou on November 5, 2013. A two-day Water and Waste Management training was also held at the Good International Hotel in Guangzhou on November 6-7, 2013. Further, a three-day Water and Waste Management training at the Regus, Sui On Plaza in Shanghai was held on November 11-13, 2013.
ASSIST was represented by Jordan Su while PUMA was represented by Julia Fang. The trainer for Water and Waste was Chen Chu Rong while for Energy, it was Cyrus Lam.
Sustainable Action and Vision for a better Environment (SAVE) is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) project co- financed by DEG and PUMA which aims to create more environmentally friendly footwear apparel and accessory supply chain production sites in developing countries of Asia.
