ASSIST representatives, Soniya Thanislas and Thompson D. Srinivas, participated at the National Conference on Companies Act 2013 held at the Hotel Chola Sheraton, Chennai, India on November 7, 2013.
The event was organized to give awareness on the new Corporate Social Responsibility Bill in India. The participants consisted of legal advisors, lead auditors, advocates and business associates.
