The project has mobilized electricians interested to upskill and add green skills to their capabilities. accessRE's Rooftop Solar PV System Installers Training is geared towards building capacity among local technicians and ensuring sustainability for the envisioned adoption of solar power systems across the Philippines. The project has thus far trained a total of 100 electricians specializing in the installation and maintenance of solar panels.
