  • Facilitating end-to-end webinar programs for clients
  • Managing all the activities related to webinar planning, hosting, moderating, coordinating and delivering
  • Coaching and consulting the presenters/experts and the SMEs who are delivering the webinar
  • Set-up the webinars on the webinar management tools – webex and zoom
  • Back-up webinar support during the training to address any technical/process related queries
  • Delivering the opening and closing statement of the webinar – consistent with the partner’s guidelines
  • Enhancing the customer experience by being clear and articulate when the webinar is kicked-off for the participants
  • Onboarding the trainers and SMEs on the process of webinar facilitation
  • Would be regarded as the single point of contact for the webinar related activities and communications
  • Be available during the day-evening and night time for facilitating the webinars. The schedule will be communicated by the client 3 months before the webinar
  • Average 15-25 webinar facilitations per month
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly webinar attendance reports and sends it to stakeholders


  • 2-5 years’ experience in managing webinars/training (Instructor Led training) that are conducted online
  • Expert in handling tools such as webex and zoom is mandatory
  • Great communication skills
  • Good command over the English language and should be a well-articulated and matured speaking capacity
  • Confidence is the key
  • Flexible in terms of work-timings
  • Advanced email communication skills
