Job Background

We are looking for an LMS Administrator to join the ASSIST Creativelab unit.

  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System – Degreed LMS, Cornerstone, VenU, Moodle, and TalentLMS.

  • Uploading courses, packaging, creating at a fast pace.

  • Creating custom reporting is a must along with generic report extracting from different learning paths and courses.

  • User Management – adding, removing, and addressing user issues in the LMS with an SLA of 12 hours is primary responsibility.

  • Creating and maintaining a learning path on the LMS.

  • Documentation on learning system, learner behavior, and maintaining the learner records for the stakeholder.

  • Monitoring the courses, and approval of course access for the learners.

  • Creation, publishing and archiving of the ILT courses on the LMS, monitor accounts, add and delete resources.

  • Providing online customer support for the learners on LMS (resolving issues).

  • Maintaining and generating user reports for the stakeholders.

  • Coordination with LMS developers for new functionalities, bugs cleaning, and other issues or new developments that come from the client.

  • Keeping the stakeholders always informed on the latest changes, developments, and any impediments.

  • Creating, reporting, and managing the course assessments on the LMS.


  • 3- 5 years’ experience in e-learning management

  • Self-motivational starter and managing the project owner/stakeholder in an efficient way.

  • Technologically savvy and always eager to learn more.

  • Have basic knowledge of LMS and learning systems.

  • Understanding of the learning industry and users.

  • Good in analytics and data interpretation skills.

  • Good in managing stakeholders.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Should be good in multitasking and working with people from different skills and geographies.

  • Proactive and self-driven.
